Delivery…

UK Customers…

All UK Orders are normally despatched same or next day if received before 3 pm weekdays.

Standard Post . A charge is £2.25 is made for regular 1^st class ‘sign for’ with delivery in 2-4 days typically – if you do not receive your goods within 7 days please contact us without delay.

Special Delivery . When urgent or next day delivery is required, Special Delivery should be selected, the cost is just £4.50 for this service. Please note: Special ‘Next Day’ delivery cannot be achieved when ordering after 3pm on Friday – these orders will be received the following Monday before 1pm.

Please note: Orders with a total weight over 2 kilo’s may be subject to additional charges, if this applies to your order you will be notified before processing.

N.B. Any order made on or during a public holiday or Bank Holiday period may be subject to delay due to the delivery service (Royal mail or Parcel Force, etc) not being available – please bear this in mind when ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by this.

International Customers…

Please note: All prices advertised on this website are in UK Pounds (£ / GBP)

Internet and telephone orders (received) before 3pm weekdays are normally sent out the same day. As per UK Law we are obliged to supply you with your chosen goods within 28 days, except in exceptional circumstances we always aim to supply well within this time.

Delivery times to the USA normally around 4-5 days but please allow 10 days – please contact us without delay if you have not received your goods within the 10 days.

Delivery times to Europe normally around 3-5 days but please allow up to 10 days - please contact us without delay if you have not received your goods within the 10 days.

Delivery times to Australia and the rest of the world normally around 7-14 days. Please contact us without delay if you do not receive your goods within this time.

Overseas Shipping / Postal Charges…

Delivery to all destinations within Europe: £6.00

Delivery to all other destinations including the USA, Australia, etc: £10.00.

N.B. There is a maximum package weight of 2Kilos – if your order exceeds this you will be contacted.

Please note: All packages are sent Royal mail ‘International sign for’ and will require a signature for delivery.

N.B. Order received after 11.00am Saturday (including orders made during Sunday) are despatched the following Monday.

Occasionally there may be an unexpected sell-out of certain items, awaiting replacement stock, if any items you order are temporarily out of stock you will be given an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order should you so wish.

Orders can be made by post to:  Tara’s Choice. 26 Main Street, Great Hinton, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 6BY, ENGLAND.

When ordering by post please send full details of products required, include your full delivery address and the address at which your C card is registered to (if ordering by C card). You can send Postal Orders or Personal Cheque. Payment must be made in UK Pounds Sterling only; a surcharge of £10.00 will be made for any order received in non-UK currency.

1) Make a list of items you require stating clearly all product details and prices.

2) State clearly all C Card details including Start and/or expiry date and issue numbers (as applicable). Please also including your full name and address and the address you require your goods to be delivered to (if different). Please double check all details before sending.

3) Add a contact e-mail address and telephone number (We may need to contact you if there is a problem) Please include your COUNTRY of destination.

4) Paying by Cheque. Don’t forget to Include your cheque made payable to Tara’s Choice Limited, signed, and dated and made out in GBP (English pounds sterling).

Orders made by cheque will be subject to a 10-day clearance period.

N.B. Foreign orders, which are paid by cheque, must be made out in UK Pounds (£) A charge of £10.00 will be made to cover bank processing and admin for any order received in non-UK currency.

Please be aware that additional taxes and tariffs may apply on international orders. We have no control over them and cannot be responsible for them. You may wish to contact your local postal service or import/customs office to find out what charges are applied to foreign purchases. We cannot guarantee that your country does not have restrictions regarding importation of herbal products, so please be sure to check before ordering as we cannot be responsible for packages that are confiscated or destroyed by customs agents.

UK Customers…

You can send us your completed order form including C Card details, Postal Orders or a signed Cheque.

Returns Policy...

Please read this carefully before making your purchase.

We comply with UK distance selling regulations: If dissatisfied with your purchase you can return goods to us for a full refund less return postage as follows...

Please contact us before returning any items.

Goods returned to Tara’s Choice without prior agreement and explanation may be returned back to the customer.

We accept the return of goods if they are returned in ‘as new’ unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please do not ask for refunds on goods that have been part used or completely used / worn, except in the case of faults.

·          Adhesive breast enhancers & bra’s, silicone breast enhancers, breast enlarging pumps / exercisers and pelvic health goods once used / worn cannot be returned for refund for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Please check product suitability prior to fitting / using for the fist time.

·          All Medela breast-feeding supplies will only be refunded if they are defective or returned ‘as new’.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund once the item(s) have been used.

·          Only unopened bottles or packets will be refunded, any bottles returned with a broken seal will not be refunded.

·          A refund will be given for the returned goods based on the cost at the actual point of sale.

·          Clothing must be returned in pristine condition. No refund will be given if the garment has been worn or there is evidence of perfume, deodorant, etc. Please do not return suspender belts, camisoles, or stockings once they have been worn.

Please Note: Any items returned in damaged or poor condition may not be refunded, this also applies to product packaging, which must not be torn, ripped or otherwise damaged. Goods returned will be inspected upon arrival, any refund will then be given based on condition at this time. If we are unable to put the item back into stock or we have to replace packaging (which is not always possible) we may issue either a partial refund or not grant the refund. In order to ensure items arrive safely back to us it is recommended to return in quality packaging and use recorded post for your own protection.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
