Use the chart below to find your ideal size; all UK sizes are in red (sizes indicated at Tara’s Choice).

At Tara’s Choice we supply a range of Lingerie style tops for the more petite lady which is why we currently only cater for (UK) sizes 8-14 – see chart below.

Please be sure to measure yourself correctly before making your purchase.

Find the sizing appropriate to your country

When calculating your general size as above you will not need to worry too much about your bust size as all of our tops are quite stretchy and can accommodate bust sizes from AA through to E cup without too many problems. If your bust size is greater than this you may need to purchase a larger size so that the garment is not too tight or restricting.

All tops supplied can be worn with or without bras but we suggest wearing without so that the breasts are allowed free movement, which promotes to proper circulation of Lymph Fluid and ultimately helps maintain maximum breast health.
